Lion Ayo studied data processing and computer science. He also holds a score of professional and industry certifications – e.g. He is a Professional of Service Management (PSM), Fellow Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC – CMC), ISO/IEC27001 Lead Implementer & Auditor, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer & Auditor, and A leader in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Lion Ayo is a member of the Ikeja Lions Club. He served previously as assistant secretary, secretary, and currently as the Club Administrator and marketing and media chairperson. He is the incoming club membership director.
