Lion Olayinka Mukaila Alli FCA, NLCF

Lion Yinka Alli was born over five decades ago on Lagos Island. He is an accomplished professional in the field of finance and accounting, with a wealth of experience across key sectors of the Nigerian economy.

He began his educational journey at St. John’s Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos, and continued to Government College, Osborne Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, where he obtained his secondary school certificate. He pursued higher education at the Federal College of Education, Gombe, and later at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he earned his first degree in Accounting.

Furthering his academic qualifications, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Delta State. He has also completed several professional and leadership training programs, both locally and internationally.

Lion Alli has built a robust career, holding finance and administrative roles in various industries, including manufacturing, oil & gas, and the power sector. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a company operating in the upstream segment of Nigeria’s power sector.

Driven by a passion for service and humanitarian impact, he joined the Lions Club in 2021. Since then, he has held several leadership positions, including Club Treasurer, Second Vice President, and First Vice President. He now serves as the Club President for the 2024/2025 Lions Service Year, leading his team with dedication and vision in the mission of serving humanity.

He is happily married and blessed with wonderful children.
